HURSTPIERPOINT OPEN GARDENS
Hurstpierpoint Open Gardens 2024 was an amazing success!
Well, what a fabulous day it turned out to be. Thanks to all our wonderful garden hosts, visitors, contributors and volunteers we have managed to raise a staggering £6,500 this year for the hospice!
Please head over to our Gallery page to see a selection of photos from the day.
A date for your diaries is next year's Open Gardens event which will be held on Sunday 8th June 2025.
Would you be interested in opening your garden in 2025? Please use the Contact page to get in touch if you would like to consider this and have a chat about what's involved. We'd love to hear from you!
We couldn't make this event a success without our many fantastic supporters who are listed below.
Many thanks to:
Freeman Brothers for their generous sponsorship – including printing, help on the day and loan of the limo and driver.
Cycling Without Age for their trishaw and driver.
Hurst College for loan of a minibus and driver.
All the amazing bakers for their delicious donations.
All the gardeners who donated plants.
All the nurseries and garden centres that donated plants: Garden Sage, Peter Eastwood Plants Nursery, Rushfields Plant Centre and Swains Farm Shop.
Crystal Clear band for providing lovely live music all afternoon.
We would like to dedicate this year's event to Jan Salter who founded Hurstpierpoint Open Gardens many years ago.
Jan sadly died earlier this year and the team are proud to continue her legacy which brings so much pleasure to so many people.
Also many thanks to our kind raffle prize contributors
